Reservation Terms & Conditions
Our passion is creating great experiences for our guests. We want to make your visit as warm and memorable as possible. In order to do that, some clear policies are necessary and listed below.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings will be subject to €30 security per person. No transaction will take place on your card unless you fail to cancel in time. Our cancellation policy for bookings up to 8 people is 24 hours, and 48 hours for groups larger than 8. This charge also applies if you reduce numbers after the cancellation period has elapsed or arrive with fewer numbers.
The only way to cancel a booking is using the cancellation option in your confirmation booking email or by emailing the restaurant. If you cancel in either way before the cancellation period has elapsed there will be no charge.
Bookings made within 24 hours are automatically confirmed and subject to the same cancellation policy if they then cancel.
You will receive an email to confirm your booking a minimum of 3 days in advance. Please ensure the email and number provided are accurate and contactable leading up to your booking.
Other Policies
All bookings that require wheelchair, high-chair or buggy space must email the restaurant (hello@misters.ie) directly. Booking online and making a booking note will not guarantee space.
Your table will be offered to other customers if you are not present within 15 minutes of your booking time.
Children are allowed in the restaurant with bookings only before 430pm.
There is a min order of 2-courses per person, including a main, after 400pm.
Bookings of 6+ will have a 12.5% service charge applied to the final bill.
For payment, bills can't be itemised or split more than 4 ways.
We are a small restaurant and do not accept stag or hen parties. If somebody is intoxicated on arrival we reserve the right to refuse entry.
No food prepared off site can be consumed on site, including birthday cakes.
